  • Vietnam: Nationwide shipping is available.

  • United States (US): Shipping is available within the United States.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of Vietnam and the US.

3. Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • Vietnam: Free shipping on all orders, with no additional taxes or fees.

  • United States (US): Free shipping on all orders; however, a 12% sales tax will be applied at checkout.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Vietnam:

    • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

    • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)

    • Total delivery time: 4–7 business days

  • United States (US):

    • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)

    • Standard shipping: 5–9 business days (Monday to Friday)

    • Total delivery time: 6–11 business days

5. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may take longer. We will notify you promptly of any significant delays.

6. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be activated within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor your order from Decorviet to your delivery address.

  • United States (US): 5–9 business days

8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please allow up to 14 additional business days before contacting us for support.
