  • United States (US):
    Orders are placed the same way online.

2. How does Decorviet deliver orders?

  • Vietnam: Nationwide delivery with free shipping.

    • Processing: 1–2 business days

    • Shipping: 3–5 business days

    • Total timeframe: 4–7 business days

  • United States (US): Delivery available across the US with free shipping.

    • Processing: 1–2 business days

    • Shipping: 5–9 business days

    • Total timeframe: 6–11 business days

3. How do I know if a product is in stock?

All orders depend on actual stock availability.
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

4. Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes. You may modify or cancel your order before it is shipped.

5. Does Decorviet have a return & exchange policy?

  • Vietnam: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Free return shipping for eligible products.

  • United States (US): Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Free return shipping for eligible products.

8. Does Decorviet offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship to Vietnam and the United States (US).
We are evaluating expansion to other international markets in the future.

At this time, we do not offer custom-made bags.
