  • Vietnam: Customers may request to return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • United States (US): Customers may request to return products within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Please ensure that your return request is submitted within the specified timeframe so we can process it quickly and efficiently.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product remains intact, unused, and undamaged.

  • The product is kept in its original packaging and accompanied by the purchase invoice or delivery receipt.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process

  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to pack and ship the item back.

  3. Carefully pack the product to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

  4. Send the product to: 30 ngõ 9 Minh Khai, Hai Bà Trưng, Hà Nội.

Note:

  • All return shipments are free of charge.

  • Customers will not bear any return shipping costs (except in cases where the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper care).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect its condition.

  • If the item meets all return conditions, we will issue a refund via the original payment method used for the order.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

6. Exchange Policy

  • Vietnam: Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of receipt.
